Keep client server, network, and security environments running — catching problems through proactive monitoring before they become outages.
You'll join our Support team responding to monitoring alerts, diagnosing incidents, and performing scheduled preventive maintenance across client server and network environments — from a single-site SME to a multi-branch bank under an active SLA.
This role is equal parts reactive and proactive: real incidents come first, but a meaningful part of the job is catching degrading hardware, saturating capacity, and expiring certificates before a client ever notices anything was wrong.
Triage and respond to 24/7 monitoring alerts across client environments.
Resolve first-line issues remotely and escalate onsite when needed, under SLA.
Execute scheduled maintenance windows across servers, network, and backup systems.
Keep client systems current without disrupting live operations.
Log resolved incidents clearly enough for the next engineer to act on.
Keep clients informed in plain terms during an active incident.
Hands-on experience across servers, networking, and end-user support.
Zabbix, PRTG, or similar — you don't need to be an expert, but you shouldn't be starting from zero.
Comfortable diagnosing issues across Windows/Linux servers and basic network troubleshooting.
Critical infrastructure doesn't only fail during business hours.
